· Pre-sales Services: 
a.Collecting customer’s product information and requirements.
b.Providing initial solution and offer for customer's opinions within 6 Hours against information collection.
c.Sufficient applications and videos help customers to get a better understanding of our equipment.

· In-sales Services:
a.Sending the drawings of ordered machines for customer's 
approval before  production.
b.Following up each production process to guarantee on-time delivery.
c.Sharing the machine running test and inspection video for customer's
confirmation before delivery.
d.Collaborating with shipping agents for freight arrangement and 
keeping customers updated on ETD.

· After-sales Service: Operation manuals / Videos for machine installation, setting, 
adjusting and/or maintenance are available for end users.

· Online After-sales Service: An in-time response within 4 hours in case of machine 
error,supportive advice shall be offered within 24 hours via whatsapp, wechat, and
other social network apps. Our engineer team can communicate in English for high efficient solution.

·Onsite After-sales Service: Engineer(s) are available for on-spot technical support at end users' factories if necessary.
